  • Grenco Science prides itself on offering the highest quality products and customer service available. As much as the company would like to help the victims of counterfeiting, we're not able to provide assistance for those who have purchased one of these inauthentic items. 

    What to look for:

    1. Pricing: Grenco Science and its wide list of authorized retailers offer our products for the sale value listed on our website (www.grencoscience.com). If the product you're looking to purchase is normally $99.95 and you've found this item for $49.95, that is a red flag. All authorized retailers will sell our products for no less than the price listed on our website.
    2. UPC Code: The majority of Grenco Science products will have a bar code with a UPC Code on the back. If the box in which your product came in doesn't have this, please call the Customer Service line to discuss the authenticity of the purchase.
    3. Pen(s) wrapped inside of the box: If you notice that the pen(s) are wrapped individually in cellophane INSIDE of the box, then the product is probably inauthentic.
    4. LED light: Unless you have an Artist or Charity Series product that displays a different LED light than the standard blue (for example: the Huf Original microG has a green LED light and the Claw Money Original microG has a pink LED light) the product is counterfeit.

    Grenco Science is victim to product counterfeits available for purchase across the Web and in stores. These unauthorized replicas are not engineered to the quality standards upheld by Grenco Science and any purchase thereof will not be covered under Grenco Science’s one-year warranty (electrical components), under any circumstance.     All international shipments are subject to fees when crossing borders. Generally, Customs will implement taxation and brokerage fees that vary based on where the package is being shipped to, how far it has to travel outside US territory, along with the value and weight of the package. It is common for these fees to be applied for any international shipments. We are doing our best to try and establish a uniform brokerage fee for all international packages. The taxation is determined by Customs and cannot be tampered with. Any taxes or fees applied to the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • All orders need time to be processed before shipment. General processing times are between 3-5 business days, though may increase during busy shopping or sale times. The customer may choose between different shipping methods based on how quickly they prefer the package be delivered. We feature UPS and USPS as our primary courier services. All delivery times presented at checkout are estimates provided by the couriers and are not guaranteed.

    Keep in mind that all orders placed during non-business hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays, will not be processed until regular business hours have resumed, which are between Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

    If selecting USPS for shipping, keep in mind that their transit times are not guaranteed, meaning Priority 2 Day may take as much as 4 business days for delivery with no recourse from USPS.

  • If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

  • Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.  

    In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded. 

    Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

  • Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

    • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. 
    • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

    Stuck In Transit (Lost)

    • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
    • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

    Damaged

    • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

  • Our warranty only applies to electronic parts (batteries & chargers). All of our tanks and coils are consumable, meaning they will need to be replaced once in a while. Each tank/coil has a specific durability index.

  • All Grenco Science, electronics (battery + charger) are automatically covered under a one-year Warranty. This is a service that Grenco Science provides for all of its customers. One does not need to purchase anything in order to receive this feature. If you are having trouble with either your G Pen Battery or G Pen Charger, please contact the customer service department either by email or phone. The staff is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Standard Time.  

    Please keep in mind, a warranty system is one that requires a copy of a receipt or proof of purchase. We are always happy to provide assistance, even to those without this documentation, but providing a receipt enables a Customer Service representative to help in a more efficient way.

    Without the receipt one will be subjected to a nominal fee in regard to warranty replacements.  

    Unused tanks can be returned for store credit within the 7-day period after ship date.

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on all electronic items (not including Tank / Coil systems). If you're experiencing an issue with the G Pen Battery, please contact Customer Service for information on how to get the item replaced. In order to qualify, you must have purchased from our website directly or have a valid receipt to show the date of purchase and the store in which it was purchased from. We do not assist with counterfeit products or any items purchased from third-party websites as most of the counterfeit items are distributed through those channels.

  • The Dash+ is powered on by pressing and holding the unit’s power button (marked with “o” on the device) for four seconds. The device can be powered off by holding that same button down for two seconds.
  • Once the G Pen Dash+ is powered on, access the settings menu by clicking the power button (o) five times in rapid succession. Use the + or - button to highlight “*F / *C” and click the power button to enter, doing the same to select the type of temperature measurement desired.
  • To activate heating on the Dash+, click the power button (o) twice in rapid succession. You will see the temperature gauge begin to grow as the temperature itself increases up to the desired setting. Once the unit has reached the desired temperature, it will vibrate twice to indicate it is ready to use.
  • The G Pen Dash+ features a 1,800mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery with Type-C fast-charging.
  • When the Dash+ is powered on, you will be able to see a battery icon in the top right corner of the screen. When that bar is depleted, the Dash+ will not be able to begin heating, and instead will indicate on the screen that charging is needed.
  • When fully charged, the G Pen Dash+ will offer approximately 40 minutes of heating time.
  • First ensure that your device is powered off and cooled down. Then soak a cotton swab with ISO, making sure to squeeze out any excess before applying to your device. Swab all around the Silicone Insert and over the screen. You can also use the swab to clean the areas above the heating chamber and inside the heating chamber itself. It’s not uncommon for a build-up of resin to appear in the screen filter and ceramic spiral airpath. Feel free to remove these components to soak in ISO separately. Clean off with a dry cotton swab and let air dry before re-inserting into the Dash+ Mouthpiece Insert.
  • The G Pen Dash+ can hold approximately 0.3g of ground material, depending on the density and fineness of the grind.
  • No, the G Pen Dash+ is designed to only be used for ground dry materials.

  • Grenco Science warrants the G Pen Dash+ against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. The same warranty can be extended to three (3) years when the device is registered on GPen.com/Register. If a functional defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, Grenco Science will exchange the defective product with a new product. The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning/loading instructions.
  • Yes, registering your product will ensure that a warranty replacement is processed smoothly and efficiently via our Customer Service department, should you experience any operational defects in the Dash+ they are unable to solve for you over the phone or via e-mail. Most importantly, you will be the first to hear of any important product updates related to your purchase of a G Pen Dash+ for Ground Material. Go to GPen.com/Register, or scan the QR code on the bottom of the outer packaging to pull up the registration page, and enter your S/N, which can be found engraved into the bottom of the unit or under the “Firmware” option in the settings menu.

  • The G Pen Dash+ is programmed to display a code if it is experiencing an issue. These codes are as follows:

    • Overheating Overheating - shut the unit off, wait five minutes and turn off again. If the error code continues to show, contact Customer Service.
    • E02 error E02 temperature sensor problem - contact Customer Service
    • E08 ERROR E08 eating coil open load (no connection) - contact Customer Service
    • E20 error E20 heating coil short circuit - contact Customer Service
  • The G Pen Dash+ utilizes a hybrid heating system that vaporizes dry herb through conduction (vaporization via direct contact with a heating element) as well as convection (vaporization via heated air). If you find that your vapor production is insufficient, there are three things you can do:

    • Increase temperature setting.  The higher you go, the more vapor production you will experience (usually at the detriment of flavor, but not of effects).
    • Wait for the device to reach temperature before drawing.  The device will vibrate and the session timer will begin to countdown in the upper left corner of the display.  
    • Long and sustained draws.  The longer draws you take, the more your material will vaporize via convection heating. The large dual clean air intake channels were engineered for maximum airflow, which leads to increased vapor production.

Swab all around the Silicone Insert and over the screen. Remove silicone insert and swab the interior walls and air flow hole of the mouthpiece. For an even deeper clean, remove the screen from the silicone insert and remove the spiral ceramic air path that sits above that. Soak all three components of the insert along with the outer zirconia mouthpiece in ISO. Remove from ISO, rinse thoroughly with water, and let air-dry. Assemble all components of the insert and mouthpiece and activate a session at maximum temp to burn off any residual ISO.

  • Once the Micro+ is loaded and powered on, press the button to begin heating. The Micro+ Battery will vibrate once the tank has heated to the selected temperature, at which point the vapor can be drawn through the mouthpiece. The tank will continue heating as long as the button is pressed, but will automatically stop after 10 seconds. The button can then be pressed again to initiate another round of heating.

  • The Micro+ Battery vibrates for a number of reasons. First, the unit will vibrate when turned on or off. When the Micro+ is being used, the battery will vibrate to indicate that the tank has reached the desired temperature and is ready to be drawn from.

  • The temperature of the Micro+ can be changed by clicking the unit’s button three times in rapid succession. The LED surrounding the button will then light up to indicate which temperature has been selected.

  • The Micro+ Tank can either be accessed by unscrewing and removing the full stainless steel housing from the Micro+ Battery, or by simply pulling the silicone mouthpiece off of that housing, exposing the ceramic heater below. The preferred concentrates can then be placed directly onto the Tank’s ceramic plate using the included Micro+ Tool. Once the tank is loaded, replace the housing and/or mouthpiece and proceed to use the Micro+.

  • When the Micro+ is plugged into the USB-C charging cord, its button will glow red. Once charging is complete, the Micro+ battery will vibrate and the button will turn green.

  • The light on the Micro+ will flash between green and red if there is any issue in communication between battery and tank attached. This can be resolved by ensuring a clean, secure connection between the battery and tank. The Micro+ battery will also flash red when pressed to indicate it needs to be charged.

  • When the G Pen Roam needs to be charged, the LED display will show the image of a flashing empty battery, and will not heat if activation is attempted.
  • If your G Pen Roam has restricted airflow, you can do the following to clean and declog:

    1. Separate the following components:
      1. Quartz tank
      2. Tank cover
      3. Two detachable air path channels:
        1. Stainless steel central air path channel inside flip-top lid of battery
        2. Silicone air path channel liner attached to internal backing of battery
    2. Excluding the silicone air path channel, soak the above parts in ISO for at least one hour, then remove and wipe down all surfaces with cotton swabs.  
    3. Use a cotton swab with ISO to clean off any reclaim in the silicone air path channel liner and battery, then wipe down and dry completely.
    4. Common areas for clogging can be found in the stainless steel air path inside the flip-top lid of the battery, the air path opening at the bottom of the Quartz tank, and along the silicone air path liner of the battery.  To minimize clogging in these areas, be sure to limit your loads to smaller dab sizes, no larger than a couple grains of rice.
    5. Fully assemble parts and engage device at full activation on MAX temperature level to burn off any residual ISO on remaining parts.

    Regular cleaning and maintenance is recommended to avoid clogging and extend the life of your Roam.

  • If your G Pen Roam is experiencing a connection issue, follow the steps below:
    1. Remove tank and tank cover from battery.
    2. Confirm a flush connection between the Quartz tank and tank cover.  A small tab on the bottom of the Quartz tank should fit flat into the bottom of the tank cover.  The tab should be oriented directly towards the Roam mouthpiece when placing the Quartz tank and tank cover back into the battery.  The front panel of the tank cover should also sit flush with the front face of the battery.

  • If your G Pen Roam is not heating, or is displaying a connection error on the LED screen, you can do the following:

    1. First ensure the Roam is fully charged. 
    2. Remove tank and tank cover from battery.
    3. Confirm a flush connection between the Quartz tank and tank cover.  A small tab on the bottom of the Quartz tank should fit flat into the bottom of the tank cover.  The tab should be oriented directly towards the Roam mouthpiece when placing the Quartz tank and tank cover back into the battery.  The front panel of the tank cover should also sit flush with the front face of the battery.

  • To replace the atomizer in the G Pen Roam, first flip the tank lid upwards to expose the quartz tank underneath. Be sure to allow the tank to cool completely before handling. Next gently pull the quartz tank with silicone cover away from the Roam's base - the tank itself can then slide downward and out of the tank cover. Insert the new Roam atomizer into the silicone tank cover, ensuring the tabs line up to fit flush. Finally, slide the tank and cover back into the appropriate slot on the Roam.
  • Best cleaning practices for the G Pen Roam can be found below:
    1. Separate the following components:
      1. Quartz tank
      2. Tank cover
      3. Two detachable air path channels:
        1. Stainless steel central air path channel inside flip-top lid of battery
        2. Silicone air path channel liner attached to internal backing of battery
    2. Excluding the silicone air path channel, soak the above parts in ISO for at least one hour, then remove and wipe down all surfaces with cotton swabs.  
    3. Use a cotton swab with ISO to clean off any reclaim in the silicone air path channel liner and battery, then wipe down and dry completely.
    4. Common areas for clogging can be found in the stainless steel air path inside the flip-top lid of the battery, the air path opening at the bottom of the Quartz tank, and along the silicone air path liner of the battery.  To minimize clogging in these areas, be sure to limit your loads to smaller dab sizes, no larger than a couple grains of rice.
    5. Fully assemble parts and engage device at full activation on MAX temperature level to burn off any residual ISO on remaining parts.
  • To fill the G Pen Roam's water tube, first remove the unit's battery and heating chamber by gently pulling up and away from the mouthpiece. The Roam's mouthpiece can then be removed from the enclosed water tube by gently pulling upward. Water can then be poured into the tube's opening until it reaches the black fill line at the bottom of the tube. Once the mouthpiece and battery is reattached, the Roam is ready for use.
  • To load concentrates into the G Pen Roam, first flip the unit's lid upward to expose the quartz heating element underneath. Using the included tool, place concentrates onto the center of the enclosed quartz dish. Once the desired amount of concentrate is loaded, close the lid to cover the heating element. Press the power button two times to activate heating.
  • Once the G Pen Roam is powered on and the desired temperature is selected, click the main power button two times to activate heating. The Roam will vibrate, and its display will show wavy lines to indicate heating has begun. Once the unit reaches temperature, it will vibrate again and will display a thumbs up. Heating can be cancelled at any time during the process with two more clicks of the power button.
  • Once the G Pen Roam is powered on, the temperature setting can be adjusted in increments of 25* F using the two buttons on the side of the device. The temperature can be changed to *C by holding the power button and temperature increase button for three seconds.
  • The G Pen Roam is powered on with five clicks of the circular activation button located above the G Logo on the rear of the unit. The Roam can be powered off with five clicks of that same button. The unit will vibrate to indicate it has been powered either on or off.

  • Depending on the amount and frequency of use, Connect Tanks generally last around 4-6 weeks. We recommend being gentle while loading concentrates into the Tank, as well as regular cleaning to prolong the lifespan of the Connect Tank.
  • If it seems like your Connect isn't heating while your battery is activated, first ensure the Connect Tank is screwed in to the housing all the way.   • To charge the G Pen Pro Vaporizer, connect the G Pen Pro USB Charger to any compatible USB port. Connect the G Pen Pro USB Charger to the base of the G Pen Pro. Once connected, the front LED lights will activate in a climbing pattern to indicate that a charge is in progress.

    Once the G Pen Pro Vaporizer has been fully charged, all four LEDs will remain solid.

  • Make sure the G Pen Pro Vaporizer is OFF before, and while you're loading your preferred dried blends.

    To achieve the best results, use the G Card to finely grind your preferred dried blends before loading them into the heating chamber.

    Remove the G Pen Pro Mouthpiece by applying pressure to either side of the top while pushing in an upward direction.

    Load the chamber in full, be careful not to overpack. Once your preferred dried blends have been loaded into the heating chamber, snap the G Pen Pro Mouthpiece back onto the G Pen Pro Vaporizer. Turn the G Pen Pro Vaporizer on by pressing the power button five times. Select the desired temperature setting by holding the power button, wait for the indicator LEDs to stop flashing to indicate that it's reached the desired temperature and then draw.

    • Make sure your material is finely ground and loaded down tightly to the bottom of the tank.
    • A larger amount of ground material loaded will generally create a larger volume of vapor than a small amount.

  • The G Pen Hookah Tank is comprised of an Atomizer, Base, and Encasement. While the G Pen Battery is off (locked), unscrew the Base from the Encasement. Ensure the Atomizer is securely threaded into the top of the Base before proceeding to load. Invert the Encasement and fill the perimeter of the enclosed tank using the provided liquid Container. Don’t load liquid into the central pipeline of the Encasement, or fill it beyond half capacity. With the Atomizer attached to the Base, screw the Base back onto the Encasement, effectively sealing the tank. Once the entire Hookah Tank is screwed onto the G Pen Battery, it is ready for use.

We don’t recommend using any type of liquid cleaning agent in the G Pen Ground Material Tank, as doing so could cause it to malfunction. You can use the included cleaning brush and G Tool to remove residue from the area around the coil itself and the surrounding glass sleeve, but be very careful not to be too rough with the coil itself, as too much force applied can damage it.

  • A G Pen Battery flashing 3 times typically indicates a problem in communication between the G Pen Battery and the G Pen Dual Quartz Coil. To fix this, make sure that the connection between the two is clean and secure. If you are still seeing 3 flashes, you can try your battery with other tanks/coils to see if it will solve the problem. If changing tanks/coils stops the flashing, you may need to replace the problem tank/coil. If the battery blinks 3 times with every tank/coil, the issue lies with the G Pen Battery itself.   • To clean the G Pen Hookah Tank, first remove the Atomizer and Base from the Encasement. It is very important that these parts do not get wet. With the base and atomizer removed, simply rinse the Encasement with warm water and allow it to fully dry before refilling.

    At this time, connect the G Pen Battery to the G Pen Wired USB G Charger. The G Pen Wired USB G Charger can be connected to either the G Wall Adapter or any compatible USB port. The G Pen Wired USB G Charger will initially show a green light, and then turn red to show that a charge is being administered to the G Pen Battery.

    Once the red LED light changes back to green, the G Pen Battery has been fully charged.

    If the light on your G Pen Wired USB G Charger remains green, even after the button flashes 8 times, this may indicate that there are issues surrounding the charger's functionality. In this event, please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss warranty options.

  • To turn G Pen Hookah Vaporizer on, click the button five times in rapid succession. If done correctly, your G Pen Battery will blink three times to indicate it is unlocked and ready to use. You will be able to tell it is unlocked if your button glows when pressed. To turn your G Pen Hookah Vaporizer off, click the button five times again. The G Pen Battery will again blink three times, but will not light up when the button is pressed.

  • For optimal performance of your G Pro, we recommend the following:
    • Make sure your material is finely ground and loaded down tightly to the bottom of the tank. 
    • A larger amount of ground material loaded will generally create a larger volume of vapor than a small amount.
    • Regularly clean the G Pro Mouthpiece, as built-up residue can largely hinder the unit's performance.
    • Allow the G Pro to cool down before attempting to clean it with the included cleaning brush.
    • Remove the G Pro from its charger as soon as the light turns green to increase the longevity of the internal battery.
    • Allow the G Pro to finish one full heating cycle before producing maximum vapor, especially on lower temperature settings.

  • Make sure the G Pro is OFF before, and while you're loading your preferred dried blends. 

    To achieve the best results, use the G Card to finely grind your preferred dried blends before loading them into the heating chamber.

    Remove the G Pro Mouthpiece by applying pressure to either side of the top while pushing in an upward direction. 

    Load the chamber in full, be careful not to overpack. Once your preferred dried blends have been loaded into the heating chamber, snap the G Pro Mouthpiece back onto the G Pro. Turn the G Pro on by pressing the power button five times. Select the desired temperature setting, wait for the power button to turn green to indicate that it's reached the desired temperature and then draw.

  • The best ways to clean your G Pro are the following:

    • Once you are finished vaporizing your ground material, remove the G Pro Mouthpiece and empty the chamber. 

    • Allow the unit to cool down before using the included cleaning brush to remove any remnants from the chamber.

    • Remove the filter screens in the mouthpiece by unscrewing the metal grommet used to hold them in place. You can either replace the screen with a new one or clean it using your preferred cleaning solution.

Connect the G Pro Wired USB Charger to the base of the G Pro Ground Material Vaporizer. Once connected, the power button will display a red LED light to indicate that a charge is in progress. 

    Once the G Pro Ground Material Vaporizer has been fully charged, the LED light on the power button will turn green.

  • The G Pro Ground Material Vaporizer is designed with an automatic shut-off feature to conserve battery life and prevent unnecessary heating. The G Pro Ground Material Vaporizer will automatically shut off after a four minute period because of this. If you would like to continue using the G Pro Ground Material Vaporizer after the automatic shut-off feature has gone into effect, simply press the power button five times to restore power and continue use.

  • To load your microG Tank, you first need to remove the mouthpiece to reveal the heating coil. Using your G Tool, place your desired concentrate in the tank, on and around the coil. Be careful not to be too forceful with the coil itself, as it is delicate and can be dislodged with too much pressure. Once you’ve loaded your desired concentrates and replaced your mouthpiece, your microG Vaporizer is ready to be used.

    The best way to ensure optimum performance/longevity with your Grenco Science Product (microG Pen) is to perform simple cleaning procedures on a regular basis. The most important process lies in the removal of any excess concentrate residue from the connection point of the battery. To be more specific, when referencing the connection point, we mean to describe the part of the battery that is exposed once the coil has been removed. Simply take a Q-Tip, soak it in isopropyl rubbing alcohol, and gently wipe away any of the excess concentrate residue that may have collected there over time. With the microG Pen, it is also important to remove any excess concentrate residue from around the base of the titanium cylinder, on the outer part of the coil. If you notice this excess concentrate residue collecting anywhere, simply engage in this process two to three times a week. It will effectively prevent any disestablished connections between the battery and the coil while keeping the mouthpiece sanitary.  

    Do not soak any of your components (microG Coil, microG Battery, Charger) in any type of cleaning solution or rubbing alcohol. This could compromise the pieces.

    Do not clean the inside of the coil, the area where the heating element lies. The heating element will essentially clean the inside of the coil by clearing away any of the excess concentrate residue.
