When the Original microG Battery is in need of a charge, the power button will flash 8 times when pressed.

At this time, connect the Original microG Battery to the Original microG Wired USB Charger. The O
riginal microG Wired USB Charger can be connected to either the G Wall Adapter or any compatible USB port. The bottom of the Original microG Battery will display a red light to show that a charge is being administered.

Once the red LED light turns off, the Original microG Battery has been fully charged.

If the light on your Original microG Battery remains on, and the button continues to flash 8 times, this may indicate that there are issues surrounding the charger's functionality. In this event, please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss warranty options.

If you have any further inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Department anytime Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.
