How do I know if my microG Battery needs to be charged?

When the microG Battery is in need of a charge, the power button will flash 8 times when pressed.

At this time, connect the microG Battery to the microG USB Charger. The microG USB Charger can be connected to either the G Wall Adapter or any compatible USB port. The bottom of the microG Battery will initially show a green light, and then turn red to show that a charge is being administered.

Once the red LED light changes back to green, the microG Battery has been fully charged.

If the light on your G Pen Wired USB G Charger remains green, even after the button flashes 8 times, this may indicate that there are issues surrounding the charger's functionality. In this event, please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss warranty options.

If you have any further inquiries, please contact our Customer Service Department anytime Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.
