My Connect doesn’t seem to be heating up - what can I do?

If it seems like your Connect isn't heating while your battery is activated, first ensure the Connect Tank is screwed in to the housing all the way. A slight loosening and re-tightening of the Tank will solve most heating issues immediately.  If the Connect Tank is properly screwed in and still not heating, check to make sure your Connect Battery is charged, properly attached, and powered on.
